What is your favorite travel memory?

Traveling to Macau is my best travel memory. Because of the delay in the ship, I arrived late at the hotel. Explaining this, the manager even upgraded our room reservation to a suite. It made me feel so good, and was able to rest well. I have done quite a lot despite it being a short trip; I played in the casinos, visited historical sites, and toured around.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I am really learning so much in this company. Even if I have only recently joined the company, I see how wide its sphere of work is through its various programs, meeting native speakers, SNS marketing, etc. I’m sure that there are still more things to learn in the future, and that they’re going to change me in a positive way.

My colleagues are all kind enough to help me out on new things I need assistance on.This work influences me to grow.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The best story I heard when I was a student was that I was “good at everything”. When I was young, I tried to do my best in everything, and I’ve taken that attitude with me until now.

I am very passionate in this job, and am doing my best. I make mistakes along the way but I channel them positively so I can make them produce good results. My good childhood has really helped me have this kind of outlook.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I will keep choosing the current program because this is where I work best. If I can select multiple programs, though, I’d like to be in the recruitment because it has so much interaction with a lot of people.

I know that if our company works or contracts with a foreign company, it is likely to be even more exciting than it is now. There’d be more things to learn!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Our company has too many unique things. First, our team uses MAC. Generally, Koreans can only use Windows because the system is not for MAC. But our company can use both!

Secondly, we host parties for our native teachers and their friends. We are the only company that does that so it’s very special for all of us, especially for the teachers. More than a hundred native teachers come to these parties.

Lastly, our service to contractors is of top quality. You can check it out!

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

I believe that people are the most important factor in a company’s success. No matter how good a company is, if it does not have the right and loyal people, it cannot be successful. In the same way that a “bad” company with good and loyal members is still likely to succeed.
