MLSA Costa Rica: Language & Culture Studies

Participants study in the heart of Costa Rica at the accredited Universidad de Costa Rica. Students receive 6 semester credits in Spanish language, literature, linguistics, and methodology. Courses are offered at a graduate and undergraduate level. Participants receive a full-immersion experience living in Costa Rican host families. MLSA on-site staff assist students with academics, housing, and extracurricular activities. Cultural activities such as a walking tour of downtown San Jose, museum tour, and afternoon trip are included in the price. This is MLSA's most affordable program at $1,985 for four weeks! An eight-week program option is also available for 12 credits.
