-The Italian Menu, from appetizers to desserts
-Understanding of some of the most typical Italian products, such as EVO oils, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits and vegetables: sensory analysis and comparing different varieties (as an example, different types of tomatoes)
-Processing techniques for different type of pasta, such as egg pasta, gluten-free pasta, fresh and filled pasta
-Preparation of a wide assortment of typical regional pasta dishes with an innovative interpretation: fresh pasta, sauces, soups, gnocchi and risottos
