I enjoyed the program and its layout

It helped to open my mind and learn how to navigate being alone in another country. Also introduced me to new experiences. I loved the staff. I particularly loved the energy that Hugo brought as well as his wisdom.

Professional visits were unique experiences that gave us opportunities not everyone would get part in. The hotels were really great. My level of international IQ certainly improved. I also have new perspectives given we have also seen the countries that we learned about firsthand. I have much more of a grasp on the understanding.

Pros
  • Professional visits

  • Academics
Cons

Great experience

Overall a great experience, organization and structure could improve the experience but worth it. I am happy that I joined, I made amazing friends. I have been able to visit places that I would have never even known about.

I wasn't impressed with the professional visits. My readiness for the visit was not very well. The independent culture visits went well. These are because I have planned for them.

I would recommend Forum Nexus. It was a great experience, but difficult to budget for me. All the hotels were really nice, some hotel rooms were small but fine.

Pros
  • Making friends
  • Academics
  • Independent visits
Cons
  • Professional visits

Very fun, educational, great people, great places

I made great friends and amazing memories and explored the world more independently, allowing me to be more confident as a person, friend, and traveler.

I didn't like the professional visits much. The hotels were of good quality and location. The independent cultural visits were very interesting like the independent visits

I would recommend Forum Nexus to my friends as it is fun and educational with good quality hotels. I would like to speak to future candidates who are thinking of choosing the Forum Nexus program.

I really enjoyed Laura as a professor, at times it was little stressful having to talk about things with no prior knowledge but she was amazing and have to stay in touch. I learned a lot for future professional endeavours.

Wonderful Experience That Changed My Life!

I thoroughly enjoyed the program and would definitely participate again. I made a lot of new friends and loved all the cities especially Paris and Riva del Garda.

As for academics, International IQ was fun and engaging and my knowledge definitely improved. The Art History class was interesting and truly helped me to gain a greater appreciation for art and its history in Europe. ICVs are also a great way of experiencing Europe.

It's a wonderful experience that really changes your life and that's why I would recommend it to everyone!

  • Made a lot of friends!
  • Beautiful cities
  • Learned a lot
Cons
  • It ended too soon :(

Great Euro Trip with Credits!

I'm very happy I chose to participate as I got to see so many countries and made friends with a bunch of new people. I had a great time exploring Europe and learning about its culture. Amsterdam was my favourite!
Professor Ed clearly loves what he teaches and and has a deep passion for history. I learned a lot about the EU which also helped me explore the countries better. The Independent Cultural Visits were the best part about classes as it made me do more exploration in my free time.
The program director is very fun, energetic and lively.

Pros
  • Made new friends
  • Explored a lot of countries
  • Learned a lot about the EU
