About Program

Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici invites you to study abroad in Tuscania, a hilltop town located in the Lazio region of central Italy, part of the breathtaking countryside of the Maremma coastlands! Ancient Etruscan ruins are surrounded by cultivated fields, abundant orchards, rows of olive trees, lush vineyards and fragrant fields of lavender - unforgettable scenery that offers the ever-changing charm. LdM Tuscania is often described as a very warm campus where students easily get to know one another as well as the faculty and staff. All classrooms and student facilities are housed in one large building that is nestled inside medieval walls that encircle the tranquil town. Owing to Tuscania’s smaller size and its unique geography, students can live and study in a typical Italian environment, while interacting closely with the local community. LdM students maximize study-life balance because Tuscania makes the perfect base for a great range of cultural and outdoor recreational activities.
