About Program

We offer students the opportunity to complete a voluntary internship and to spend the second half of their one-year compulsory internship at Bayer. At our company, you can gain a unique insight into research, development, manufacturing and quality control at a global leader in the life sciences sector and gather a great deal of valuable experience.

You will essentially have access to all areas of our pharmaceutical business during your internship at Bayer – from research and development to analytics, production, regulatory affairs, market access and marketing. We are also happy to take your personal interests and strengths as a pharmacist into consideration during the internship.

Program Highlights

  • Supporting the management of an analytical laboratory unit in day-to-day business.
  • Supervision of the Stability Program for parenteral medicinal products in the framework of the preparation of stability protocols, storage protocols and stability reports.
  • Preparation of plans and reports including statistical evaluation of the data to support the Lab to Lab Transfer.
  • Write trend reports for out-of-specification results, variances, and product-related analytical data.
  • Participation in the preparation of submission-relevant documents such as specifications, test specifications or overviews of analysis data.
