About Program
Study Abroad Europe has teamed up with Apicius International School of Hospitality to offer professional certificate programs for students looking to gain new skills and international work experience. Programs range from a semester to a year to two years. All programs set aside time for each student to build their professional portfolio. Those who opt for the two year programs can also participate in an internship or teaching assistant position for introductory courses.
The programs offered include: Semester Free Elective, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Italian Baking & Pastry, Wine Studies & Oenology, and Master of Culinary Art.
