About Program
Volunteer abroad in Nepal with Cosmic Volunteers! Nepal is the 1st country we sent volunteers to and it continues to be a favorite. Volunteer in rural villages in the Chitwan District or in the capital city Kathmandu. The projects include children's homes, hospital internships, and teaching English at government schools. Take Nepalese language lessons in our Nepalese Immersion Program. Volunteers can participate in the projects from 1 week to 12 weeks, while living with a local host family.
Consider your impact: Volunteering abroad can be a rewarding experience for both volunteers and local communities, and at Go Overseas, we believe all volunteers should have the resources to make informed decisions about the type of volunteer project they want to partake in. However, despite best intentions, some organizations offering placements in orphanages may unknowingly place children in danger.
