About Program
This is the perfect experience for anyone who loves animals and wants to interact with Africa's unique wildlife! In this opportunity, volunteers work and live in an animal sanctuary where neglected wildlife is taken in for treatment and rehabilitation before being released into the wild.
Volunteers will take part in many tasks including: monitoring of animal populations, animal rescue expeditions, assisting in animal clinic and outreach in which volunteers educate local communities on conservation. This programme is unique because unlike other sanctuaries that release their animals into the wild with no tracking, we track ours and record data so that we can monitor their wellbeing in the wild.
Volunteers live in a farmhouse style house, in the heart of the animal sanctuary with a swimming pool and unlimited Wifi.
