About Program
Travel to East Africa for your volunteer service. Tanzania stands for the vastness of the Serengeti, the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro, and the Nongoro Crater, the largest crater in the world, inhabited by numerous animals.
Not only the landscape is diverse with volcanic landscapes, rainforests and lava deserts. Hundreds of different ethnic groups live here. Arusha is the tourist capital of Tanzania and is located at an altitude of 1,450m at the foot of the green Mount Meru. The famous Massai regularly present their arts at various markets and it is worth a trip to one of their villages.
Our RGV projects in Arusha, Dar es Saalam, Mtwara, Iringa and on Zanzibar are dedicated to the care and education of children and women, medical volunteer work in clinics and in obstetrics, ecological farm work and house building and wildlife & animal protection with e.g. turtles, horses and other various animals.

You also have the opportunity to get involved in urban farming and cultural workshops.
Marine conservation in the Indian Ocean! Get involved in the conservation of the underwater world off Mtwara, Tanzania and join the diving project that deals with the conservation of coral reefs. Learn all about the importance of a functioning ecosystem and help to keep it intact.
You are a horse fan? Then get involved on a horse ranch in Iringa or Arusha! On our sustainable farms, stable duty, horseback riding, animal care and horse training are part of your tasks. As a volunteer you will support the farm family in different areas and help to keep the animals in a species-appropriate way.
Care for and teach children in East Africa! In a kindergarten with preschool you will relieve the understaffed care and teaching staff. You will help to teach the children, prepare worksheets and supervise homework. In this way, you help to provide better and more comprehensive support for the children.
This project is about preserving the culture in Tanzania. Young people are encouraged and enabled to participate in audio and video productions, for example, in order to be able to make an important cultural contribution. Music videos are produced, songs from the areas of HIP HOP, RAP, RnB, Bongo Flavor and Gospel are recorded. Also for the children of the kindergarten own composed songs are recorded directly on site.
