About Program

Aberneth is a Christian centre and this is at the heart of all we do. The Abernethy gap programme is designed to give you a mix of work experience, outdoor adventure and discipleship. You will be joining an already established team and wil become an integral part of all we do.
You will work in the catering, housekeeping and maintenance departments, being trianed on all that is required to keep an outdoor centre operational. You will aslo get involved in our evening Christian programme for our guests, learning to share Bible Stories with children and young people.

There will be dedicated times of discipleship, where you can learn more about the Christian faith. Each week you will take part in some adventure acitivity, this could include hiking, mountiain biking, paddleboarding, climbing and more. There will also be an expedition you can take part in.
