Workplace wellness is really important to us and one of the most effective strategies for achieving this has been offering flexibility. As a remote, distributed team, we lean into asynchronous work as much as possible and offer location flexibility to team members.

Once a year, in an inspirational location like the California coast, Arizona desert, or Costa Rican rainforest, we travel together to reconnect with our mission and with each other. Opportunities to visit community members and experience meaningful travel firsthand is encouraged!
