About Program
Your First Year Abroad program in Seville lasts 12 weeks and is designed for students from all academic backgrounds. You will enroll in a combination of CIEE course and courses taught online through CIEE’s global academic partner, Arizona State University (ASU). Enhance your experience with co-curricular and extracurricular activities while immersing yourself in Spanish culture. Live and learn in Seville!
Alongside your coursework, the program includes co‑curricular and extracurricular experiences such as exploring the Alcázar of Seville and its gardens, attending a live flamenco performance in the Triana neighborhood, and visiting the Seville Cathedral and climbing La Giralda for panoramic views of the city. Starting your college journey in Seville helps build independence, cultural awareness, and confidence as you begin your academic path abroad!

- Learn to cook traditional Spanish dishes with a local chef, starting with a tour of the vibrant Triana Market to source fresh ingredients.
