About Program
GLASS (Girls Leadership Academy for Service & Sport) is an 8 or 10 day premier academy that will allow student-athletes to travel to Costa Rica to engage in sport-specific training, promote sustainable community development, reflect within leadership workshops, undergo an authentic cultural immersion, and participate in adventure excursions.
While we value improving each athlete in their respective sport during the experience, our main priority is to provide cross-generational mentorship to young girls before they transition into the university or college setting. We understand that the combination of sports and academics can be an invaluable experience in a young person’s life and want to succeed in holistically developing each student academically, physically, and socially.
