About Program
The Agápe Project at Rose Castle is a five-day, interfaith, residential summer program for high-school students focused on developing core leadership skills in dialogue, disagreement, and conflict navigation. The program is hosted by the Rose Castle Foundation, an internationally respected organization that works with universities, faith leaders, and civic institutions on reconciliation and leadership formation. Students are increasingly expected to engage complex and contested issues in academic, civic, and professional settings—often without formal preparation. This program provides guided, disciplined training in speaking clearly from conviction, listening carefully to opposing viewpoints, and engaging disagreement without withdrawal or escalation. The focus is on skills and formation, not persuasion or ideology.
