Public Archaeologist Internship

Conduct public outreach activities that promote community awareness of the history and archaeology of St. Eustatius. Interns will learn the history and archaeological sites and monuments of the island in order to lead historical tours for residents, local schools, tourists, and governmental officials. They are expected be current with the latest SECAR projects and understand what archaeology and historically related research has been completed on St. Eustatius. The intern will also organize lectures, site tours, and historical/archaeological related informational meetings to promote public understanding.
