The price for the 11-day program includes a dorm-style accommodation with the opportunity to upgrade to a private cabana, three meals a day, drinking water, wifi, boat transfer to and from the island from Belize International Airport, welcome cocktail, TCMS t-shirt, snorkel excursions on the boat, night snorkels, and all snorkel gear hire.

About Program

Spend 11 days on a tiny tropical island on the Belize Barrier Reef! Tobacco Caye is an easy 30 minute boat ride from the mainland and has great access to unique biomes such as coral reefs, mangroves and sea grass beds. Spend your internship snorkelling on the Belize Barrier Reef and participate in our research projects spearing the invasive lionfish and monitoring plastic pollution in our surrounding ocean. Enhance your knowledge of marine ecology, fish identification and analyse chemical water samples from around the island. Share your passion for the marine environment with others on the program and make connections with likeminded individuals.
