About Program

Our Work&Learn program is an immersive experience of community living, learning, and connecting with the land on a regenerative permaculture farm in the Caribbean of Costa Rica. It’s not just volunteering, it’s a way of living, learning by doing, and transforming how we relate to nature.

You’ll live in community, sharing work, meals, and knowledge with people from around the world. You’ll learn hands-on about:
- Permaculture and regenerative agriculture
- Food forests, microorganisms, and soil health
- Simple, self-sufficient living in harmony with nature
- Community cooking, organization, and collective life

The program is designed for people who want to learn with their hands in the soil, live in community, reconnect with nature, and explore a different way of being in the world.
