About Program
The Young Surgeons Program offers a hands-on Pre-Med Program in Kenya, designed for aspiring medical students. Participants shadow doctors, assist in clinics, and take part in community health outreach. The program provides exposure to tropical diseases, emergency care, and public health challenges in resource-limited settings. Volunteers engage in medical workshops, patient interactions, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Cultural immersion activities, including village visits and safaris, enhance the experience. Programs range from 2 weeks to 6 months, with accommodation, meals, and 24/7 support included, helping students build clinical skills and global healthcare awareness.
