Internship Opportunity Mentoring Rural Kids in Beautiful San Miguel

The Rural Education Institute of Mexico has been in operation for over 5 years preparing rural youth to continue their education. Our model brings college graduate interns to mentor rural youth from 8 years old to high school to motivate them, teach them the value of an education and work with them to improve their English, computer skills and literacy so that they have a better future.

This is a wonderful stepping stone and life changing experience for post graduates interested in international development and education for the underserved.

Interns need to have some hands on experience with youth, be self motivated, be a team player, speak reasonable Spanish, have lived and/or worked in Latin America or Spain, and have a love for international development.
