About Program

The Communicate Health Associate will be required to use participatory techniques to disseminate health information to girls and women which reduce their vulnerability to HIV infection, gender based violence and sexual reproductive Health messages which will empower girls to avoid early pregnancies, early marriages,HIV infection as well as empowering women to overcome too many and too frequent pregnancies as well as overcoming domestic abuse which will promote women's self respect and dignity.

The Associate will be involved in school and community out reaches. During training, the Associate will use techniques like storytelling, drama, sports, essay writing competitions, debates, poetry which are very attractive to adolescents and adult learning. Elements of Water,Hygiene and Sanitation will also be integrated in the training to ensure health households
