Kenny is from Los Angeles, California but moved to New York City in 2016 to start a new adventure! He loves nature and traveling most of all.

What is your favorite travel memory?

My favorite travel memory was when I rented a moped scooter in Vietnam to explore different villages. It was pouring rain and my first time driving a moped. I went to the beach after and drank a nice big coconut. My friend at the time loved it, she's my girlfriend now.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I never knew I could be so independent and discover new ways to be proficient and efficient. I also learned managerial skills that I have always wanted.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The best story I've heard from a returning student was that they traveled all the way to the Gobi Desert and back. The sites that she described sounded so magical I could picture mad max fury road ripping across that desert.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would choose to go to Shanghai and teach English since it had always been my dream to work in another country. I chose Shanghai to be in the most international city there. I would love to explore ancient China and spend some time hiking around the jungles and villages as well!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

We work fast and efficient, unlike bigger companies who spend so much time doing paperwork! We can get people hired in 1-week. Thomas and I are both American-born so there isn't any language or cultural barrier with our candidates, unlike our competition. We also have some people who were born in China working with us, they talk to the school and coordinate everything in Chinese for us!

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Being able to grow and adapt fast is the most important factor for being a successful company. The times are always changing, nothing is constant.
