What is your favorite travel memory?
Island hopping in Sweden by canoe in the archipelago near Stockholm. My friend and I decided to travel to Scandinavia via interrail slumming it through the Netherlands and Germany. Finally reaching our goal of the experiencing the Swedish nature.
Wild camping is legal in Sweden and we planned to make our way around the archipelago exploring as many islands as possible. On some occasions we had an island to ourselves! It was an incredible experience.
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
I think that we have grown stronger as a group which is better than growing individually. We have a comprehensive understanding of each other and the roles that we fulfill. Teamwork is the most important element when working on projects together and we harness that seamlessly to get the best out of each other.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
I am very interested in growth, therefore I would choose one of our development internships. There is nothing more exhilarating to me than hitting targets and achieving my goals. The development internship allows for progression both personally and professionally which is perfect for me!
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
We are a young company and what makes us stand out from the crowd is we concentrate on technology. We recognize that our generation is the most tech savvy ever and is technologically curious. We want to harness these curiosities and convert them into practical professional experiences.
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
The biggest factor in being a successful company is maintaining the highest reputation in your field. We aim to maintain this reputation by having excellent relationships with clients and employers. We aim to provide the best service so that our reputation is maintained to the highest level.
