What is your favorite travel memory?

I’ve done a few interesting trips so far, and I tend to keep all of them as good souvenirs, so it’s difficult to point the favorite one. Nonetheless, there was one particular trip that I did in 2014, during which I made a lot of friends.

I backpacked from Paris to the south of France and spent one month helping with grape harvest in a small village called Banyuls.

I camped in the village for one month and met so many travelers from all over Europe and even an old American backpacker with whom I shared a lot of travel stories. I would say that this trip was my best human experience.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

After many years of work experience, it was refreshing to be in touch with students again. Their ambitious attitude coupled with their eagerness of learning and gaining experience is an interesting venture for me. Furthermore it helped me to stay updated with new trends and traveling styles.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

In addition to working together, my colleagues and I are also friends. This creates a unique feeling and means we don’t work under pressure. The students that we deal with every day can feel this in the way that we communicate with them; they quickly feel comfortable with us.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Putting people first. The business world of today tends to put money first – we believe in the opposite. Humans are to be put at the forefront of the business, and the rest will follow naturally.
