What is your favorite travel memory?

My favorite travel memory was always the first day of camp every summer that I spent working in Spain in an English Summer camp.

The early morning excitement of all the kids arriving at camp for two or three weeks. The fresh faces, meeting each other some from previous years, others all newcomers. I will always remember the nerves of teachers, of which class they would be assigned to.

Traveling and teaching in Spain for five summers was certainly one of the best things I chose to do growing up.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have only spent two weeks at Premier TEFL, but in those two weeks I have already learned so much about the company, the staff and myself within the company. Come back to me in two months and I am sure I will have grown and changed for the good, after my time here at Premier TEFL.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

I once had a student who would only return to the summer camp on the terms when I was working. I loved this -- I loved that someone of only 15 years of age learned so much from me in one summer, that they would organize their time at camp around when I would be there. Knowing that you are important to your students is a great feeling.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would 100% be going on the Taiwan internship. This one stands out to me the most due to the length of the internship (12 months) and for the fact that Taiwan is such an amazing looking country.

Also knowing that a short inexpensive flight would take me to explore Vietnam, Hong Kong and the Philippines, as well as South Korea and Japan in the north, this is certainly a program I could see myself signing up to!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Premier TEFL is defined by the word unique. The atmosphere in the office, the staff and the work that is done by all members of staff is nothing far from exquisite. The reason the team work so well is due to the fact that they all care about the job they are doing, they love what they do and this shows throughout the office.

At the end of each day, I find myself proud of my team because I hear their calls throughout the day, I hear them laughing on the phone to customers and enjoying their work. This makes me very excited about what the future holds for me at Premier TEFL.
