Title:
Social Media Manager & Digital Content

Photos

Hi, I am Clementine from France. I work at WONE Internship as a social media manager and I'm in charge of all digital content creations.

What is your favorite travel memory?

One of my best travel memory is in Spain for sure. I come from France and it is my first time to be living in Spain for a such long time. I am extremely happy to be here and this experience has been so far so good. I met a lot of amazing people throughout the program and also within my social circle.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I learned SO MUCH with the growth of WONE. I needed to mention that WONE is a very fast-paced company and, nevertheless, it is a young organization; it is very fast growing and we would need to adapt ourselves to the changes every single day. I found myself doing the tasks I would not expect to be doing in a large corporation. WONE team members allow me to use my creativity and manage the tasks solely by myself, which I have a lot of freedom to create.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The best story I have heard from a return student is when the student successfully transformed her career path from one to another just because the internship we provided to her. I remember this student from Hong Kong who insisted at the very beginning for a consulting / marketing-related role in a company; as a result, we landed her in a real estate company, which she agreed to 'try out'. She loved this industry and this experience - when she returned back home, she kickstarted her career within the real estate sector. I found it to be super cool!!

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would love to go to Berlin! This is such a chic, cool city with a lot of young people and interesting vibes. This is going to be the first year, WONE offers company spots in Berlin and we have planned really interesting activities and accommodation options. Also, since I am a social media manager and a big lover for creativity, Berlin is definitely a place for me - or for students who are wishing to intern in Communications, Social media, Graphic Design, Photography , Fashion, etc.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

What makes WONE unique is that every single person in the team is self motivated and a self starter. Sometimes we have discussions over the fact that each individual has ''too many good ideas'' and it turned out difficult to make a decision for hours. But i found it amazing as I was able to live up to my full potential working here. I am happy with the team!

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Yes, I think it is important for a company to be aware of what they are and where they will be going. I am very excited for WONE's future as we are extremely fast growing. To be honest, I think the biggest factor in being a successful company is its value. A company like WONE, which I think it's very 'customer focused', will be the winner in the marathon.
