My favorite travel memory has to be a trip to Lapland during my Erasmus program in Finland. With a bunch of university colleagues, we traveled by car from our university town in central Finland to the North. It was an amazing experience: we visited a snow castle and a husky farm, where we had the chance to spend a day with a local family and drove a husky sled in the snow-covered forest. On the last night in our wooden cottage by the lake, we were able to see the Northern Lights. Unforgettable!

What is your favorite travel memory?
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
Working at In2Spanish is great! Since it is a medium-sized school, there is a lovely family atmosphere, and that reflects on the direct and friendly relations I can have with our students. It gives me the change to know their stories and to help them choose the perfect program according to their needs.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
There are many great stories, but the ones I like most our from students that came with a low Spanish level and little knowledge of Spain and they later decide to make Madrid their home. Teaching a language means also trasmitting your passion for the its culture and way of life; you know you have done a great job when a student falls in love with Madrid and decides to stay and live here!
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
If I was a foreign student coming to Spain for the first time, I would definitely go for the Viva Spain program: it combines 3 Spanish group classes per day with three cultural activities such as tapas/wine tasting, city tour, and salsa/flamenco class. It is a great way to improve your Spanish and practicing it after class, while you get to know the real Spanish way of life!
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
In2Spanish is a premium boutique-style language school with a family atmosphere and a unique focus on quality education: we believe in quality over quantity and we have small class sizes to ensure each student the personal attention they deserve. We are very proud of putting the student interests first, to help them reach their goals!
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
I think you have to sell a great product at the right price and offer unbeatable customer service. We want our students to feel part of the In2Spanish family: we are always there for them and are flexible to accommodate their needs and help them have a great stay. We are an international team and each of us loves living in Madrid; we want our students to feel the same!
