What is your favorite travel memory?

I am all about food! So every place I go, I try to test the local culinary so I always remember the place by its food. One particular place I remember is Stuart Island in New Zealand, where I had a blue codfish and it was amazing, and it is very hard to find this kind of fish and the way they cooked it was very special. It made my trip worthwhile!

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have started to understand better that different situations can be seen from different points, depending on the people. Some people deal with some types of problems very easily while others really need more guidance. They really need people to hold their hand and we have to be patient with them because they are in a different state of mind, in a different part of life with a different energy.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The best stories are always the ones where they have lots of fun and they kind of got lost and found themselves again, or they were lucky to find a ride somewhere and save some money, or they got to a place and find a job in 5 minutes. We hear so many amazing stories of people having the time of their life that it is impossible to pick one.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

All of our programs are awesome, but if I had to choose one, would definitely be the Adventure Package. Besides all other things included, with the Adventure Package I can enjoy four amazing activities, have lots of fun and meet new people as they are all group activities.

For me, that is the best way to start the New Zealand Journey.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

The knowledge acquired along the years of experience.

Everybody in the business has traveled and know the sort of adversities people can have and really work to make life easier and sort the problems in the best way possible. I am especially proud of treating everyone with respect and love the job that we do, supporting and having people's back.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

I believe our biggest factor in being successful is consistency.

We do what we do every day with joy in our hearts over and over again. Always trying to provide the best service possible in order to understand and empower people and help them make the most of their time in New Zealand.

We love what we do and nothing can beat that.
