During my time living in Korea, I was lucky enough to visit some lesser known, 'off the beaten track' types of places, and those will always be my favourite memories. One place in particular that I really enjoyed visiting was a small coastal city called Namhae. Not only is it a beautiful place for a vacation, but it is also home to a replica German village, which is such an interesting thing to find in the middle of the Korean countryside. Visiting the village and learning the history behind it was a wonderful experience.

What is your favorite travel memory?
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
Working with XploreAsia has really allowed me to grow in my position as a program coordinator, and I have learned so much in my time with them. The teamwork and support shown by everyone across the company, even with us being located all across the globe, is absolutely wonderful, and it is something I am very proud to be a part of.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
Any time I hear that someone I have worked with is happy, settled, and thriving in their new home is always incredibly rewarding for me. It would be impossible just to pick one experience, as there are so many amazing stories to choose from, but I am always so happy whenever I hear that someone will be renewing their contract and staying even longer!
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
It is so hard to choose just one since all of the programs are so incredible, but I think my next choice would have to be Japan. I have always been very interested in Japanese culture, and I would love to be able to experience more of the history, art, lifestyle, and of course the food!
I would also absolutely love to visit Spain, so that would definitely be next on my list!
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
What makes our company unique is the true dedication and experience that each member brings to the team.
I am always incredibly happy and proud to be a part of my team, as I feel that we all strive to do our best, go the extra mile, and provide support whenever it is needed. Working with a group of like-minded, experienced, and passionate people is always fantastic!
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
One of the key factors in being successful as a company is to have each individual member of the team truly invested in and passionate about what they are doing. Everyone at XploreAsia loves what they do, and the reward of helping a teacher to reach their goal of going abroad is the ultimate success for us.
