What is your favorite travel memory?

This is really hard to answer! I have been to many countries and every place was special. But I definitely enjoyed the places where I was with locals and learned their lifestyles. I was in Israel and stayed with a Jewish family. I could learn how they live and about their culture. I am also very happy that I have been to the dead-sea in my life!

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

It's amazing to feel that my past experiences living abroad really help young students as much as it helps myself to organise a better community. Working with Beyond Academy not only strengthens my existing skills and combines them, but also helps me to further develop my communications and social skills!

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

I get some lovely letters from interns - that touches me a lot. I love it when I hear that they had the best experience of their life in Seoul! It's a great moment for me to feel I contributed to someone's best memory. I plan events very consciously and with the best intentions, so when I see they gain something great, I feel very proud.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I'd love to try the London Program since it was one of my dream destinations that I haven't completed yet! It would be exciting to live and work in one of the most international cities in the world. It would be great to experience its international career environment and visit every tourist attraction London Community has to offer

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

We are an international team, working from many different cities in the world, connecting people from everywhere. And we do a great job together! I am proud that we all make this happen in different locations. It’s remote but it works great because everyone is really focused and responsible in their roles

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Communication and openness to possibilities. I like the fact that in Beyond Academy, your opinion counts and the management team are willing to hear your ‘on field’ opinion. I think that makes the program greater every quarter. Even though we’re a global team and based all over the world, we are all very connected.
