Interview

What is your favorite travel memory?

I fell in love with Bali and their people. Bali has endless rice fields, stunning and peaceful temples, waterfalls, volcanos and more. The magic caught me there, the calm and but really half of the magic on this island resides in the hearts of the locals. Joy, smiles and calm are easily noticeable and contagious.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have been able to learn and put into practice many of my soft and hard skills I possess. We work to provide our students with real benefit and are devoted to help them discover their passion and drive themselves in the right direction towards their future. There is transparency in everything the company does and I bless the opportunity to learn and grow while I do something I like.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

Difficult to choose just one! I have heard many times that their internship experience in Madrid was definitely a life changing experience. They have addressed It helped them grow professionally as well as as personally. And that experience broaden their horizon and allowed them to immerse themselves into a different culture and environment.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

It would go Japan, because it is an destination I have never been to. Also Australia is within my countries to travel soon. All the destinations have good professional opportunities, amazing cultures to immerse into and a fantastic team on the ground and I am sure I would ensure a welfare and an amazing experience. That's why I am mainly choosing the country itself!

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

My company is so especial because their focus is people only. We don't sell programs, we only have one purpose and our policy lies on some values that drive the team to be enthusiastic and eager to help our clients with the conscious of why we are so good at providing international internship programs. I am so proud of being a TIG team member.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Having a purpose, having a "why" we are putting our time, efforts, energy and direction to help people, young students get a real benefit out from their internship experience. We are devoted to help them realize their potential. Since the very first moment I joined The Intern Group, I knew this company has a big heart.
