What is your favorite travel memory?

I loved going to Granada with Mundo Lengua, it was an incredible and enriching experience where I was able to learn a lot from students and an incredible city. I got to record different parts from a city, its culture and all that working with such a talented team who stood with me during the whole process.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I learned from the best team possible, during all my time period here i've been able to boost all of my previosly learned skills and put them in practice. I have developed skills in communication.

Additionally, working here has deepened my ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, strengthening my confidence and resilience. I’ve also gained a clearer understanding of how life in the US is!

This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m grateful for the opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

I student spent a whole summer here making new friends and having unforgetable experiences, i was emotional shocked when she did a tiny tatto that represented Spain with her new friends from all over the world. It meant a lot to me as an Spanish person. Because it meant she really loved her experience here with us.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

Intensive course in Seville without a doubt. They are incredibly complete and give the customer the chance to boost or get into Spanish with the opportunity to experience one of the richest cities in the world. Seville, with it's amazing architecture and open minded people, that wll for sure complete the experience as a whole.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Exceeding it's expectations, we like to tailor solutions to each client’s needs. I was especially proud of our team during, where everyone collaborated seamlessly under tight deadlines, demonstrating resilience, creativity, and dedication. It was a shining example of what sets us apart. And of course how we like to treat our students.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

I believe the biggest factor in being a successful company is a clear focus on delivering value both to customers and employees. Success comes from understanding and meeting customer needs with quality and innovation while fostering a supportive culture that empowers employees to contribute their best. When people and purpose align, growth and sustainability naturally follow.
