This position is available to start anytime in January 2020. Preferred minimum 6 month commitment.

We are seeking a committed, organised and professional individual to coordinate our International Volunteer Program. This six month (minimum) dynamic position offers a valuable opportunity for a long-term volunteer to gain extensive experience in NGO/Non-Profit management, project management, community development and volunteer coordination.  This position is exempt from our standard volunteer accommodation and contribution fee.

Key Responsibilities include: recruit, manage and support international volunteers, volunteer projects/project management, communications, support Director, other admin/planning.

The ideal candidate will be available to join our team in Huaraz, Peru by early June, and be able to stay for a minimum of six months.
