Job Description
Northstone Constructions company is looking to add to their team. The ideal candidate will perform diverse secretarial duties and administrative functions. On the job training will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer incoming called and direct call to the appropriate person
- Greet incoming visitors and notify the person being visited
- Take and place orders for materials
- Schedule and maintain all Work Orders
- Create and maintain multiple Excel Spreadsheets with respect to various projects
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
