Dublin is the political and legal capital of Ireland and the city’s legal district is home to nine courts including the High, Supreme, District, and Criminal Courts. Law interns can work in the office of the government’s legal advisor, or with members of Irish parliament on legal research and administration. There are also opportunities to work alongside Irish barristers and observe court proceedings.
