Job Description

This critical position is essentially an extension of the Executive Director, who sits stateside. He/she will be a liason between the U.S. staff and board and the on-site Honduran staff. Not only will this position improve communication between the two, they will be improving and implementing critical programs on the ground to ensure success of our organization and our boys' futures. The three main areas/projects under this person's responsibility are:
1. On-site leader for brigades helping ED and Campus Director to support in coordination of group schedule, logistics, activities, provide orientation and tour upon arrival, guest book kept up to date & info sent to Executive Director and ensure visitors stay connected to JEC after they leave.
2. Work with stateside Executive Director and Campus Director to grow and track a robust on-site store and work with wholesale partners
3. Develop and monitor a transition program for high school boys preparing for college or career.
