The Outbound Sales and Marketing Associate will focus on company growth by handling daily operations for client accounts related to outbound and inbound lead management.
This role is instrumental to helping SAS-Marketing and their US clients to meet their business development goals.
In addition to representing the brand through great customer service, this role consistently delivers on conversion and activity key performance indicators. They will work on various accounts, learning about different products and services and becoming a trusted advisor across different industries.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1+ years in a customer-facing sales position working with customers in the North America market
Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and online tool proficiency
Ability to handle mid to high volume of phone activity
Ability to handle multiple priorities at a time
Written and verbal communication
Great Emotional Intelligence
A computer may be supplied after 1 year in this role, so you must have a laptop or desktop and access to hi-speed internet to begin.

Compiling data and marketing research in order to make continuous improvements.
Helping to source leads and contact information to build pipelines.
