- Age: + 28 - 40
- Work Experience: experience with groups of children and in Summer Camps. You must know how to manage groups of 15 children between 6 and 12 years old; you must know group games and various recreational activities.
- Language: You must speak English naturally
- Citizenship: It might be an advantage to be a native English speaker but experience with groups of children and being creative are essential.
Job Benefits
- Enter the salary compensation: 400 euros per week (approximately 45 hours per week). Working days: Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday free.

Job Description
We are looking for qualified and experienced Instructors/Animators for an English Summer Camp in Marcellina (RM), working with children aged 6 to 12. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and the ability to manage and engage groups in a full‑immersion English environment.
Working hours: 8:30–17:30 (approx. 9 hours/day)
Participants: about 20 children, divided into two age groups
Team: 2 instructors working simultaneously
Main Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of children (ages 6–12) entirely in English.
Conduct a variety of games, workshops, and educational activities in a safe, engaging, and inclusive way.
Collaborate remotely in March to co‑create the weekly day plan with the organization.
Prepare materials and set up activities before sessions; tidy and reorganize equipment afterwards.
Welcome children in the morning and ensure smooth transitions between activities.
Work closely with the other instructor to maintain structure, safety, and a positive atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with children aged 6–12.
One of the following is mandatory:
Certification for teaching English to young learners with experience (TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent), or
Several years of experience as an instructor/animator in international summer camps.
Strong spoken English and excellent group‑management skills.
Knowledge of a wide range of games and activities suitable for outdoor summer settings.
Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Activity Skills Required
Candidates must be able to propose and lead a mix of activities, including:
Group games and icebreakers
Action games and movement‑based activities
Water games (hot outdoor environment)
Arts & crafts
Singalongs and musical activities
Morning body exercises
Simple and safe science experiments
Environmental/nature‑based activities
English‑enhancement games (theatre, circle games, storytelling, role‑play)
Cultural and creative workshops
