Job Description

As an Expat Office Administration Intern at FPT IS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations. Your responsibilities include managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and overseeing office entry and exit procedures. You will handle phone calls, provide information to customers and partners, and maintain communication logs. Additionally, you will be responsible for sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, and managing all office correspondence. You will also assist various departments with office tasks as directed by the manager, contributing to the efficient functioning of the office environment.
