- Or come from Finland, Latvia, Luxemborg, Malta, and Italy
- Being between 18 and 30 years of age both inclusive at the time of application for the visa; As for Australia, Canada, South Korea and Ireland, an applicant should be between 18 and 25 years of age.
- Possessing a valid passport of his or her country/region and a return travel ticket or sufficient funds with which to purchase such a ticket.
- Work contract from December 1st - April 30th (extensions are possible)
- Customer service skills
- Ability to relocate to Shintoku, Hokkaido or Akaigawa, Hokkaido for the duration
- Speak both English and Japanese OR Speak both English and Mandarin
- Previous Receptionist experience required (1 year)
- Ability to explain and sell massage and beauty treatments as well as products to guests
- Have a valid work or student visa, Japanese citizenship, or be eligible for the working holiday visa

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Spa Receptionist to join our team at our luxurious 4-star ski resort. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in our spa. This role involves managing appointments, assisting guests with inquiries, and promoting our spa services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Manage spa appointments and reservations through phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Provide information about spa services, treatments, and packages to guests.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
Assist in helping the therapists set the rooms in between appointments if needed.
Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Promote spa services and special offers to enhance guest experience.
