Company Description

AADK Spain is an artistic platform based in a rural community that is committed to exploring new ways of living — more integrated with the environment and less consumer-driven. Its members choose to live and coexist in a peripheral area, yet continue to create art, generate critical thought, and grow professionally. They draw on their diverse backgrounds to work in collaborative and interdisciplinary formats.

We believe our value lies in our commitment to artistic creation from a rural and peripheral context. We are backed by more than 10 years of experience in the region and are part of a solid network of institutions and creative spaces. We advocate for decentralization and for establishing fluid communication between large cities and rural areas. We believe it is essential to foster spaces for thought and creation outside of capital cities, as well as to decentralize exhibitions, festivals, and other types of artistic activities.
