General English Courses in Southampton, UK

Our General English course is designed to give you a solid foundation in English and develop your ability to communicate. We give you a grammar test and short speaking test to find out your level, and place you in a suitable class. We also take you on a tour of the city centre.

Our teachers work together to monitor your progress and make sure you receive tuition at the right level. We can change your level any week, when you and your teachers agree you are ready.

Our syllabus is specially designed so you can start any week. Lessons cover speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, plus grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and study skills, with topics changing weekly. We do not follow a coursebook but instead use a wide range of teaching resources, and we provide you with all lesson materials.
