About Program

Ancient cultures, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere – study in Georgia beckons you abroad! Nestled in the striking mountain beauty of the Caucasus, Georgia boasts a unique mix of ethnicities, all sharing a love for incredible food (think fresh superfoods and one-of-a-kind flavors). Plus, Georgia can provide a great vantage to study and explore the rest of the region: Armenia and Azerbaijan. SRAS programs will provide you with out-of-classroom experiences and special lectures and workshops to introduce you to the local culture, history, and current events of this fascinating culture.

Available programs:
Russian as a Second Language (RSL) is available in fall, spring, or summer
Identity and Conflict in the Caucasus is available during the fall or spring
Georgia Spring Break: during this 9-day trip in March we will be based in Tbilisi with day trips to Kakheti (wine country) and Kazbegi (mountains).
