General Arabic Classes in Lebanon

The Lebanese Arabic Institute offers a full complement of group classes in Lebanese Arabic at regular intervals throughout the year. It also schedules private and customized classes in Lebanese Arabic and Modern Standard Arabic upon request. A variety of times (from morning to evening) and learning paces (from intensive to casual) are available.

At the heart of the Institute's Arabic program is its innovative series of textbooks and audios, entitled “Lebanese Arabic from Scratch: A Course for Non-Native Speakers.” These materials have been designed to help students communicate effectively in the Arabic spoken on the streets of Lebanon, while at the same time providing the conceptual framework that will enable students to bridge the gap between spoken Arabic and Modern Standard Arabic as they progress in their studies.
