About Program

Edinburgh College (Sighthill Campus) has been running adult summer school courses for more than 30 years, welcoming students from all over the world to study English in July and August. We offer excellent facilities and services in addition to experienced and enthusiastic teachers.

Students can study a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 6 weeks. The core programme General English consists of 15 hours per week of English Language study. Students on our Intensive English programme may choose to combine the General English course with either English Plus (5 hours per week) or IELTS Preparation (5 hours per week – for students of Intermediate level and above). Students on all courses can choose to join the Social Programme.
