About Program
The Intensive English Programme (IEP) offers English language courses to international students of all levels (beginner, elementary, pre-intermediate, intermediate, upper-intermediate and advanced) through the Language Centre of the University of Stellenbosch.
The IEP develops student reading, writing, listening and speaking skills as well as relevant grammar and vocabulary in blocks of eight weeks. Outings and workshops are organised throughout the block to give students the opportunity to explore the local area and culture, to use English outside of the classroom, and to experience intimate cooperative learning environments with practical outcomes.
