American Center for Mongolian Studies

The American Center for Mongolian Studies (ACMS) is a non-profit educational organization that works to support Mongolian Studies through the development of academic resources, offering student and research support, and fostering academic partnerships in all fields of study related to Mongolia. Our office in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is the only brick and mortar institution with this mission and we have supported countless international researchers over the years with their academic pursuits by offering fellowships, logistical and programming support, and language training in Mongolia.

In addition, we work to support Mongolian scholars and institutions, including offering fellowships to the U.S., organizing trainings and collaborative workshops, providing a platform for researchers, and facilitating projects that promote cultural heritage preservation.
