Proprietor Dr RondaGreen is a research ecologist who has studied behaviour and ecology of birds and other animals for many years and been involved in wildlife and other nature education for groups from kindergarten to post-grad tertiary. The emphasis is on expanding your understanding of Australia's wildlife, its behaviour and ecology, and differences from other world regions, and guests on our 3-day wildlife tour receive a take-home book on our major groups of wildlife and a summary of Australia's biogeographic history. We see a variety of birds but focus more on watching (and often photographing) and learning about them than adding to life-lists. A wildlife ecology information centre and nature trails are being developed. Observations during tours are where relevant sent to conservation and research databases.
