Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics

BSUIR was the 1st engineering university in the Republic of Belarus to open English-medium study programs. In 2009, the first group of students was enrolled in the program Telecommunication Networks. 2010 saw the first intake to an English-medium Master's degree program Methods and Systems of Information Protection, Information Security.

Today, every 3rd foreign student at BSUIR studies in English. In compliance with the national system of higher education BSUIR offers four full-time and two distance first-degree programmes and four full-time Master's degree programs with English as the course language.

In addition, BSUIR offers blended programs that combine full-time and e-learning in the English language that has been developed in cooperation with the Computer Systems Institute (CSI), the USA. Training is provided for the US residents on the basis of two BSUIR branches opened on the CSI campuses in Boston and Chicago.
