Blessing the Children

Blessing the Children is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and our primary focus is to save lives and break the cycle of poverty in Ethiopia, Africa. We are able to do this through the operation of our child sponsorship program and grade school. We are currently supporting just over 200 children with loving homes, grain support, medical care, and education. The children’s homes, education and health are carefully monitored to provide quality care for the poorest of the poor.

Blessing the Children also built the BCI Academy from the ground up. We own and operate this school for 500 children from nursery to 9th grade. Providing a quality education, extracurricular activities and breakfast/lunch programs enables us to use the school as a vehicle to help break the cycle of poverty in Ethiopia.

In addition, we provide a way out of poverty for widows through our skill training and income generating programs.
